We love Buda so much. He is very smart and was easily trained. He loves to go to the
dog park and play with other dogs. Our walk routine includes a large park in which
we let him off the leash and he runs around having fun. He will come to us
immediately when he hears his name and it is so fun to see him racing towards us.
For a short little guy, he runs very fast!

Once when Buda was only 6 or 9 months old, in the dog park, there was a little boy
who was obviously learning how to walk. He had a tennis ball type toy in his hand
which caught Buda's attention. We were so afraid he would knock over the toddler in
order to get the ball. He didn't. He just followed this little guy... intent on
watching the ball. Finally, to the parent's urging, the little toddler threw the
ball. Buda ran to the ball and sat next to it, nudging it with his nose but not
picking it up. He waited until the toddler approached and allowed him to pick up the
ball without interference. The toddler and Buda played like this several times. Dan
& I were amazed. We had been teaching him to play fetch and he would jump on us at
times and/or not let go of the ball when he brought it back. This all happened way
before he was well trained in the art of "fetch". Anyway, he was so gentle and
loving. It was great! The toddler's parents took lots of pictures and we were so
proud of his sweet spirit.

He is a gem and we feel very lucky that he is part of our family! Diane & Dan

Jamie,
Here is a picture of Caleb and Moses.  He is such a good dog.
He is such a good combination of being laid back and low
maintenance and yet extremely playful and fun.  He fits into
our family perfectly.
Thank you! Julie

Jamie,
Moses is a dream dog and I'm not just saying that.
He is such a snuggler and he eats up the attention he
gets from all of us. Caleb sits on the floor and Moses
will climb gently into his lap and roll on his back for
a belly scratch. Caleb does not pester him at all and
lets Moses come to him when he wants to. This weekend,
Caleb was sick from the chemo he received on Friday. He
did a lot of laying around on the couch and Moses just
rested his head on Caleb's hip like he knew he didn't
feel good.
He follows me around everywhere- probably because I do
a lot of
his care. We just love him.  Julie

Hi Jamie,
I wanted to let you know that we are having a blast with Maverick. He is our pride and joy! Every time we are out on a walk with him someone asks where we got him because he is so beautiful. So, we have referred people to your website for their own little teddy bear.

I have also attached a few pictures of Maverick in his new home.

Thank you,

Lindsey and Scott

Hi Jamie, here are some photos of Darla.  She is just the hit of the family and neighborhood.  She is so good with the kids and very smart.  We also found out she loves the water.  Whenever the little ones are in the  bath she barks to get in.  Soooo funny.  She even tolerates getting her hair done in the Little Tike Salon hehe!
Thanks so much

Hi Jamie,

Lexi has been a wonderful addition to our family. She is honestly the cutest puppy we have ever seen. Whenever we take her downtown, around the neighborhood or to any pet store, we are stopped every ten feet by people telling us “that’s the cutest puppy I’ve ever seen!” One woman even asked if she could take a picture of Lexi, naturally Lexi gave her usual pose: wide-eyed-mouth-closed-tongue-sticking-out. Her personality is just as appealing as her appearance. She acts like everyone is a long lost best friend, showering them with kisses while making the most adorable whimpering noises. She’s also very friendly with other animals and she rarely barks even in presence of other dogs barking. Lexi is both playful and cuddly, she is an all around perfect pet. Thank you so much, Jamie, for all your help. You made Lexi’s transition to New Hampshire smooth for both us and Lexi.

Thanks again,

Liz & Tim Snow

We've had Stoli for 6 months and just adore him!  Besides the fact that he
is super cute, he is a perfect dog; quick learner, cuddly, mild-tempered,
good with kids,  all which would make a perfect addition to any family.
Jamie and Trent have a lovely family and environment to raise the puppies
before they go to their new homes.  They were great to deal with and are
still very helpful with any questions we have.      :)Zenith and Sabrina

Hello from the Thomas Family!

I just wanted to give you an update on Benji.....He is having a great time.  No lack of attention here.......He plays fetch at least 10 times a day and is cuddled constantly on the couch.  He has found places in the house for his alone time (under the bed, or a chair in one of the living rooms).  He has become very partial to his toy Sponge Bob.  He is such a sweet, entertaining, and loved puppy.  All of the kids are so very grateful for getting him.  He even does well at ball games.  By 10pm, he is crashing and he goes to his kennel and curls up on his blanket and pillow.  He is wiped out until around 6:30am, just in time for our walk.  He is really growing.  He got a hair trim and is losing most of his black except on his face and ears.  Such a cutey he is.......

Dear Jamie,

We have now had Rosie for 6 months and she is now 8 months old. She weighs about 8 1/2 pounds and she is absolutely one of the greatest things that has happened to our family. Everyone in our family loves her and she is treated like quite the princess. She has a big pink furry bed where she takes her naps and she has a large assortment of bows for her hair. Everyone fights over who gets to hold her while we are watching tv or relaxing. She can be very cuddly and affectionate but she also is very playful and she has a lot of spunk. She is definately not shy and she always plays with all the little AND big dogs. She goes to daycare 2 days a week where she plays with 3 other dogs. Whenever she comes home or we come home she always runs towards us and licks everyone for about 10 minutes each. Everywhere we go we always get compliments and some people have even asked for pictures. (We tried to attach some pictures so you can see how beautiful she is, but it kept failing with the message that it was too big?? - I'll try and snail mail you some soon.)  Congratulations to Ellie May on her new puppies.  They are so cute!

Happy New Year, the Smith-Horn Family

Jamie,

Bucky is now 3 months old and I just wanted to give you an update.   What a
trip the little guy is!  He has already been on a plane ride with me  to North
Carolina to visit my son.  He enjoyed getting absolutely filthy,  gnawing at
pine cones and then getting hosed off.  He went from sleeping in  the kennel at
my house to sleeping in the laundry room at my son's home without  skipping a
beat.  And, now, the little boy sleeps with us and I take him  out once
during the night for safe keeping!.  We are not perfect in house  breaking but we
sure are trying.

He loves to walk and run and we take in about 2 miles of walks every day. I
am amazed how far those little legs can go. We have had house guest for the
last  week and he adjusted great with them and performed "outside duties" for
them as  well as me.

He started puppy training last Monday and was eagerly learning new  things.

I wanted to take this time to thank you for all of your help in us getting
the puppy that meant to be a part of our family.  I wish you and your  family
the absolute best and I invite anyone who is considering a puppy that you  have
helped bring into this world to email or call me.  You're the  best!  Thank
you so much!       Ann

Bucky with Santa!

Hi Jamie, I haven't written in awhile, thought I'd tell you about the girls first birthday!!   It was the 2nd---and I found some doggie ice cream called "Frozen Paws" at Publix grocery store.  They loved it!!

Daisy and Dolly have really become sweethearts---they have settled into a routine with us, and while they love each other a lot--they also love us.  They still have their own personality---Daisy loves to be held and cuddled---Dolly is affectionate and will cuddle too, but not as much as Daisy.  They sleep with us, love to go walk in the morning and love everyone who comes to our home.

Dolly is 17 lbs.--but she is not fat---just bigger frame than Daisy---Daisy is just about 13 1/2---they walk with Sam in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon too.  We had them cut short this summer---actually, too short!   But their hair is back out now and beautiful----I try to brush them 3 or 4 times a week.

Jamie, the girls have such a sweet temperament----they are very obedient and loving.  Whatever ya'll do with the breeding, it is good.  These puppies don't have a mean bone in their body!

I hope all is well with you and your family---I can't believe it is October---where has the year gone?  We moved our oldest daughter to Florida in July----our youngest lives there---she went down 5 years ago to help plant a church and is still there working full time with the church  It is in South Florida---Fort Lauderdale. They really have a need for Christians there.         Anyway, we have the "empty nest" here, but Daisy and Dolly help fill that spot a little.

Have a great week-end.    Dianne

Hi Jamie!

As promised when we spoke today attached is a picture of Delilah. She is awesome!! Quite the personality. Everyone at daycare says she thinks she's a big dog in a little dog's body and she loves playing in the doggie pool! It would be great if there were a flicker account where all your owners could share stories and pictures. I have been telling everyone at work about her. I am looking forward to getting her a companion. Dee dee is adorable so I'm torn as to whether I should wait for one of her females (that is if Daisy has one at all). Talk to you soon and thank you again!! C. Baldi
